Due to hygiene considerations and other restrictions, cosmetic products cannot be returned. Please ensure you carefully review the product description before making your purchase.
You can claim refunds or replacements in the following situations:
If any of the above applies to your order, please submit a return or replacement request within 3 days from the delivery date. To initiate such a request, kindly email us at care@mysticdust.in or message us on WhatsApp at 91-9119197919, including photos of the delivered item, your order ID and copy of invoice.
Upon receiving your request, please allow us 48 hours to review it. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through our courier partner at your doorstep. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
No return or replacement is applicable in the following cases

You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.
